[SMM Lead Market Update at Noon: Refined Lead Suppliers Follow Market Trends, Downstream Enterprises Make Sporadic Purchases] SMM, January 15: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price increased by 100 yuan/mt compared to yesterday, reaching 16,575 yuan/mt. Secondary lead was quoted at premiums of 0-100 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price, ex-factory. In Anhui, quotations were at a premium of 100 yuan/mt, ex-factory, while in Henan, quotations were at a premium of 25 yuan/mt...

SMM, January 15: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price increased by 100 yuan/mt from yesterday to 16,575 yuan/mt. Secondary lead was quoted at premiums of 0-100 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead average price on an ex-factory basis, with quotations in Anhui at premiums of 100 yuan/mt ex-factory, Henan at premiums of 25 yuan/mt, and Guangxi at premiums of 50 yuan/mt. The ex-factory prices of tax-free refined lead in the market were reported at 15,750-15,800 yuan/mt. Suppliers followed market trends, while downstream enterprises showed insufficient purchasing interest. Some battery producers had mostly completed stockpiling, and only sporadic transactions of secondary lead were recorded today.
